What is return Policy?

All returns must be pre-authorized. Prior to returning the product purchased, please call our Customer Service to obtain your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER( R.A. No.) at 212-768-2182 during our normal business hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday wthin 10 days of receipt of merchandise. PLEASE BE READY TO PROVIDE US THE FOLLOWING INFORMATIONS: YOUR NAME, YOUR COMPANY NAME AND YOUR INVOICE NUMBER.. Specially ordered merchandises and custom-made items are non-returnable. Full Put-Ups and merchandises sold by the piece may be returned within 10 days from receipt thereof. Items must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and it must be shipped in its original packaging with corresponding copy of invoice. THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (R.A.No) MUST BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGING. All shipping charges on returned merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product. If the defective piece is sent back within 10 days, it is in it's original packaging, it has not been worn and we have more in stock, then it will be replaced. Any other instance will be repaired. Returns which result in customer retention of less than the minimum will incur a 50% restocking fee. We do not refund freight.

Do you ship to the address other than the billing address?

For new customers (customers purchasing less than 60 days,) we can only ship to the billing address of the credit card. In some circumstances, an alternate address can be added to the credit where we may be able to verify this with the credit card company, but we would need to be notified by this at the time of placing the order. If 2 addresses are filled into the shipping address during checkout (for example a PO Box and a street address,) we will correct it to the one which the credit card company verifies.

When do I expect to get my orders?

We ship most of the items within 24 hours ( but not on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays ) if the items are in stock. If it is not, then you'll be notified by email or by the phone when it will be shipped. Delivery time depends on what kind of shipping method you choose.

UPS does not deliver on the weekends and national holidays and also does not count those days and the day of shipment as transit days. We can not take responsibility for any transit delay of orders once they are picked up by the carrier

If UPS lose the package I ordered, do you ship again by faster shipping method than the shipping instruction in the order sheet?

No.If it is verified that UPS lose the package, we'll ship again by the same shipping method written on the original order sheet. We do not ship by faster shipping method. If you think it is too late to get your order, you may cancel your order and we'll refund to your credit card.
